Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting new hire orientations.
  • Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring HR data is up to date in our systems.
  • Contribute to various HR initiatives, including employee satisfaction surveys, performance review cycles.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
