Visual Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Assist with creating regular exciting and engaging content for Company; 
• Create video content based on business needs to post on social media and internally;
• Available to work as an assistant in creating videos surrounding various topics and corporate events throughout the year;
• Assist in other forms of visual depending on business needs;
• Create and develop the Employer Brand Awareness by creating regular engaging content;
• Create and implement internal/employee and recruiting communications content and contributing to programs that actively engage internal and external audiences. 

Requirements:

• Ability to work on own initiative as well as operating as part of a wider team;
• Adaptable and flexible approach to work proactively seeking solutions;
• Strong time keeping skills;
• Experience of working as part of a team to create engaging, positive content;
• Experience of creating online content – visual or written;
• Experience of creating videos;
• Ability to use video editing software;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines to provide timely online content;
• Ability to balance workload;
• Photography Skills.
