Accoountability:

 

  • Manage marketing project of operation - current stores (operation) and marketing campaigns of new opening stores
  • Developing marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and brand awareness
  • Managing from marketing side Private Labels developing.
  • Developing pricing strategies for products based on competitors’ prices, customers’ willingness to pay, and company cost structures
  • Identifying new business opportunities by researching new technologies, markets, and competitors
  • Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in existing markets or new markets
  • Designing advertising campaigns that create brand awareness, generate leads, and promote sales
  • Creating an effective store environment that will attract customers with visual appeal, comfort, and convenience
  • Meeting with store managers to discuss performance metrics and identify problem areas
  • Analyzing data to identify opportunities for increasing store traffic and sales
  • Developing & implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services in retail stores
  • Collaboration with other departments of strategic marketing projects
  • Market monitoring of competitors 
  • Prepare reports and presentations on a weekly and monthly basis, and upon request
  • Develop communication strategies and execute public relations programs
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget
  • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
  • Develop and execute brand initiatives
  • Write and disseminate press kits, releases, editors’ advisories, calendar listings
  • Update and maintain PR newsroom 
  • Develop and build positive relationships with media and industry partners in key markets
  • Develop and maintain all media lists and contact information.

Requirements:

 

  • BSc or MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing or a similar role.
  • Professional Certifications such as PCM, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing 360, etc will be preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns.
  • Outstanding knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
  • Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
  • Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
