Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in-person, via phone, electronically;

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues;

  • Advise user on appropriate action;

  • Follow standard help desk procedures;

  • Assist in administration of help desk software;

  • Redirect issues to the relevant resource;

  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention;

  • Inform management about recurring problems;

  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Azerbaijan, English, and Russian language skills;

  • Initial knowledge or previous experience in the required field is desirable (at least 6 months);

  • Ability to work in a team;

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and cope with multiple tasks simultaneously;

  • Ability to build right working process;

  • Ability to make accurate decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment skills;

  • Personal computer (PC), e-mail, internet, and Microsoft Office (eg, Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills.
