Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access;
Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware;
Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems;
Updating customer data and produce activity reports;
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems for end users on a variety of issues;
Running software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems;
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT-related disciplines;
Experience as a Help Desk specialist or an IT-related position;
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products;
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Compliance with loyalty and company rules.
