Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Work with incoming and outgoing letters
  • Provide assistance with office mailing and courier deliveries
  • Co-ordinate office transportation with office drivers and Taxi service provider
  • Perform other administrative duties or projects 
  • Ensure all necessary office supplies are in stock at all times;

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures;
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software application;
  • Strong written and verbal Azeri, English and Russian;
  • Communication and customer care skills;
  • Professional personal presentation;    
  • Information management;
  • Organizing and planning;
  • Initiative
  • Reliability
  • Stress tolerance; 
  • Attention to detail;
