Procures and interprets legal advice to internal team, and ensure compliance with law and regulations
Coordinates legal support for new and established investments across real estate specialism including hospitality and asset management
Support the negotiation and drafting of critical contracts, optimising for commercial outcomes whilst protecting company from foreseeable circumstances
Works with other internal stakeholder groups, including finance/investment and other brands within the Holding Group, to define and manage a regulatory strategy in support of operational services
Desired background:
General knowledge of law
Experience in the field of commercial law, real estate law, sales and purchases
Work experience in hospitality industry and asset management;
Reviewing and drafting various types of contracts and legal acts in both Azerbaijani and English
Capability to analyse issues relating to business law, and proposing appropriate practical solutions
Required skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (master degree would be preference)
5+ years of experience working in real estate sales. International experience or experience working with international developers on luxury branded real estate sales would be a preference
Experience in a team management
Perfect skills of speaking and writing in Azerbaijani and English
Held similar position in local or international working environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills, particularly clear and concise written communication
Excellent negotiation skills and full resilience in handling pushback from the business
