Job Role Responsibilities:

Receive collect requests for a commercial proposal from partners
Registration of deals in vendor portal.
Get delivery costs calculated and provide final specification.
Communicate delivery dates to partner and end user
Check quotes and make sure it corresponds to project requirement
Constantly monitor validity of quotes and extend them on time
Check and monitor quarterly and yearly rebates
Following up all promo programs and apply to them
Assisting on Stock availability and sales from stock.

Requirements:

Min 1 years’ experience in relevant field
Excellent Computer skills. Proficient in MS Office(Excel),1C
Ability to prepare presentations.
Fluently speak in Russian and Azeri, English ( pre intermediate);
Good communication skills , numeracy skills and attentive to details
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment
Confident and highly self-motivated, with strong entrepreneurial skills;
