Participate in solving legal issues arising in the activity of the Company.
To give a legal reference on organizational and other legal issues.
Drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation and Execution of various contracts.
Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters. Act as contractual “middleman” between company employees and customers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
Monitor competitive terms. Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes.
Compiling contracts and tender responses from legal point of view
Leading contract planning and negotiations
Preparing and review of bidding documents, evaluating the offers and preparing corresponding reports and presentations
Coordinating contractual and legal issues
Constructing and negotiating MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding) and partnering arrangements, as required
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
