Draft, review and manage contracts and other legal acts
Researching and analyzing the law on complex issues and writing briefs for submission to a CLO
Able to conduct legal research and prepare legal reports, particularly analyzing and summarizing complicated legal documents, including contracts, and suggesting alterations to those documents
Maintenance of various electronically stored data and hard copies of corporate and commercial information
Desired background:
General knowledge of law
Experience in the field of commercial law, real estate law, sales and purchases
Work experience 3-5 years
Reviewing and drafting various types of contracts and legal acts in both Azerbaijani and English
Required skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (master degree would be preference)
3+ years of experience in law
Perfect skills of speaking and writing in Azerbaijani and English
Strong communication skills, particularly clear and concise written communication
Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents
Analytical thinker with conceptual and research skills
Ability for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
