English Teacher
Job Information:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
Evaluate students´ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Implement classroom management techniques to create a stimulating learning environment.
Collaborate with other educators to develop educational materials and programs.
Stay updated with the latest trends in English pedagogy and apply best teaching practices.
Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and concerns.
Participate in department meetings, training workshops, and educational conferences.
Work closely with management to achieve educational goals and standards set by Pilgrim Education.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English language education.
Strong classroom management skills and excellent communication abilities.
A genuine passion for educational excellence and student development.
Certification in English (IELTS) or a similar certification is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office programs and familiarity with educational software.
