Develop specifications, colors, materials, and finishes per project needs.
Coordinate and supervise visualization team.
Researches, plans, designs buildings, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes.
Prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, colors, equipment.
Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development.
Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for review and approval.
Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
Perform constructive reviews conforming design to prime contract requirements and proposal commitments.
Conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
Coordinate with and provide design guidance to the commercial team in the preparation of cost plans based upon outline and conceptual design information.
Essential Education:
A bachelor’s degree
Essential Criteria:
2 years of experience in related field;
Creative thinking and creative approach;
Open-mindedness;
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages;
Time management and planning skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work;
